We dance and play at the Bloomington Farmers Market most Saturdays (when we're in town), from April to September. Tamara started this in the early 1990s, and her dancing is well-loved in this community. These efforts are often documented, as these pieces show.

In this residency, sponsored in part by MetLife and Young Audiences of Indiana, Tamara taught square dancing to children in Grades 4-8. Jamie provided live music. The photos were taken by Anna Batcheller, a graduate student at Indiana University.

St Vincent Ferrer School Residency, May 2006 (4 photos)
We led a two week residency at St Vincent Ferrer School in Cincinnati in May 2006. The residency focused on traditional dance. We worked with a core group of sixth graders, teaching squaredance, with third graders who learned a longsword dance, and with the rest of the school doing Maypole dances and square dances.
